Emailed the company with no response. I received my product and as soon I received it the black rubber casing had white powder all over it, meaning the product was old. I decided to keep it and use it for the first time last week and when I was putting the bag back in the rubber casing it tore a hole. This bag was not cheap, so I’m very disappointed in the quality and shame on the company for not responding to my concerns.
